Touchwood Sparkling Cider
Touchwood Cider is a lively, lightly sparkling cider with a harmonious blend of medium sweetness and a crisp, dry finish. Crafted from sun-ripened apples grown in their sheltered coastal orchards, each sip delivers a refreshing, authentically natural taste.
With nearly 30 unique apple varieties, the fruit is carefully crushed and pressed using traditional methods. Fermentation relies entirely on the wild yeasts native to the apples, allowing the cider to develop its distinct character. The juice is then aged for over 12 months, with masterful blending before a touch of sugar is added to perfect the balance.
